This is a well and good but only works when both sides have decided to abandon arms. What r u saying, war includes killing and that's a bad thing or even worse because it also starts hatred and casualities. Emphasizing isn't a bad thing but they'll have to convince their enemies the hard way. If both sides could have emphasized then nothing should have been wrong, and right from the start, even lady seiren wouldn't have started a heartless hunt and killings. One of the biggest wrong thing in the world is the chain of hatred, and just like how it created a chain of revenge, there'll be more destruction. So unless u learn to control ur emotions and try to be emphasizing so that u can understand what's happening, u don't know that one's death affects many and if u let ur emotions take over u, you'll only burden urself even more.

And Sasuke's hatred was triggered by Itachi and since Sarada doesn't have anyone like that Sarada is pretty much safe from the curse of hatred.
